Questions
We prioritize scheduling set up the day before your event and pickup the day after. If we are unable to schedule setup the day before, we will setup the morning of your event. The customer will be informed if this is the case.
The price includes the rental for the entire day of your event.
For inflatable rentals, the price also includes setup / breakdown.
We accept cash, check, venmo, cashapp, zelle and credit card. If paying cash, please have exact change. Payment in full is due at the time of your rental delivery.
Credit cards payment incur a 3.5% service fee.
We do not require a deposit. If you need to cancel your event, we ask that you inform us two weeks in advance.
We setup on grass, turf and concrete. Please inform if you would like your inflatable setup on dirt.
All rental items are cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Inflatables must be deflated if winds reach 15 mph.
The blower must be turned off in the event that it rains. The customer is held fully responsible if any damages occur due to use in the rain.
If the weather is bad the day of your event, the payment will be held and can be used to reschedule for a future date. If you would like to postpone your rental, we must be informed by 7:00 the morning of. Once rental items are delivered, payment is due in full. We do not offer refunds or discounts due to bad weather once rental items have been delivered.
- MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT.
- Individuals with head, neck, back or muscular-skeletal injuries from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.
- No flips, somersaults, or roughhousing allowed.
- No climbing or pulling on the netting of the equipment by person inside or outside of the inflatable.
- No shoes in the inflatable.
- No sharp object in or around the inflatable.
- No food, drinks, gum, candy, confetti, water balloons or trash in or around the inflatable. (A cleaning charge will apply for any excessive clean-up other than normal use.)
- DO NOT USE SILLY STRING or WATER BALLOONS in or around the inflatable, it will damage the unit.
- Children of the same age group must play at the same time.
- Extra caution and supervision are required for children three (3) and under.
- In case of rain of lightning have children exit the inflatable and turn off the motor.
- In case of accidental power outage to unit, have children exit inflatable then check for disconnection.
- BLOWER MUST BE MOVED INSIDE IF IT IS RAINING
- No water is allowed on inflatables marked “dry” only.
- No pets allowed on the inflatable.
